Trueline music venue in the West End plans to begin construction in 2024

The Trueline music venue, to be located at 401 Rhett St., plans to feature a main hall, intimate performance room, rooftop terrace, and courtyard, are underway, with a crowdfuning campaign in place to make them happen.

We first told you about Trueline, a new music venue coming to the West End, when the project was in its early stages of funding. Now, it expects to kick off construction in early 2024.

Michael Grozier, co-creator of the House of Blues, is behind the project and says Trueline is a space that focuses on honoring music and entertainment.

An early look

The Upstate Business Journal took us inside for a sneak peek of the space at 401 Rhett St.

Plans for the two-story, 34,000-sqft space include:

  • A 1,700-seat main hall
  • A 400-seat intimate performance room
  • A VIP club
  • Multiple bars
  • A rooftop terrace
  • A courtyard

The space aims to host a variety of events, including “underplays, multi-days, block parties, dance parties, festivals, and other unique experiences to delight fans.”
