Today, we’re taking a look at an exciting new addition to our city that doubles as a local investment opportunity: Trueline Greenville.

The venue

Development is underway at this new, multi-capacity music venue, featuring a two-story, 1,700-person capacity main hall + a 400-person capacity intimate performance room, plus VIP lounges and multiple bars.

The venue is fully designed by local Greenville architects from McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture and renovated from an abandoned warehouse, reflecting local culture and sustainability in the heart of downtown.

Trueline Greenville will display local art that rotates throughout the building, and each venue will include unique centerpieces by renowned artists and performers.

Located in the walkable West End, Trueline will incorporate state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and interactive technology to enhance the total fan experience — and attract A-list talent. Bonus: The founder and CEO, Michael Grozier, is the co-creator of the House of Blues. Ever heard of it?

The goals

Trueline aims to:

  • Book at least 130 national touring artists annually in its larger music hall and 180 local + regional artists in the smaller performance space
  • Collaborate with the city and local businesses to enhance offerings around holidays and city-wide special events
  • Host plenty of private events and serve as a new, innovative partner for local organizations
  • Operate a safe, clean, sustainable, and independent venue
  • And more.

The opportunity

Want to be a part of Trueline Greenville’s success? Investing local in a business like this means being able to witness your investment’s impact in real time — and personally impact the business’ performance by being a brand ambassador within the community.

Trueline will leverage multiple, sustainable revenue centers, and they plan to be open daily (read: there will always be something going on, from shows to events and more).

If that’s all music to your ears, explore the investment and learn about other local opportunities with Vicinity.*
