We’re two weeks into the New Year – how are those resolutions coming along, GVL? Many of us are opting to add more fruits and veggies into our diets, so if you fall in that group, you’re in luck. We asked where folks can grab healthy meal prep options or healthy foods around town. Here’s some of the places y’all told us about.

Farm Fresh Fast | 860 S. Church St.

Greenville’s farm-to-table meal prep is full of flavorful options. Farm Fresh Fast is known for their fresh meals made with local produce and local, hormone-free proteins.

Better Bites Cafe with Prisma Health | 550 Brookwood Point Pl., Simpsonville

Better Bites from Prisma Health helps you live a healthier lifestyle with prepared, vacuum sealed meals. You can choose many different options including meat types and vegetarian options.

Clean Juice | 1125 Woodruff Rd., Ste. 1906

Clean Juice offers a variety of juice cleanse options, smoothies, soups, sandwiches, and bowls. Their juice cleanse options can be ordered ahead of time via phone and delivered or picked up.

For all of your other smoothie, smoothie bowl + juice needs, you can always hit up popular faves like Southern Pressed Juicery, Kuka Juice, and Sweetberry Greenville.
