Where can pups go to play?

If you’ve been around Greenville for a bit, you probably remember that Cleveland Park was once home to Canine Corner (near Woodland Way). It closed in 2014 because it affected Reedy River’s water quality (due to proximity) and lacked separation for small + large dogs. It was relocated to Conestee Park, which has more parking + is seperated. This came as a relief to some residents (who didn’t love the barking + parking problems), but left downtown without a proper pup play area.

A few weeks ago, when we told you about the new Unity Park, we heard from our readers that this would be a great place to bring back a dog park.

Which begged the question – Where do you want to see a dog park? Let us know by taking the poll below. 🐕

In the meantime, you can still take your pup to burn off some energy here –

Pelham Mill Dog Park (2770 E. Phillips Rd, Greer)

Conestee Dog Park (840 Mauldin Rd.)

Simpsonville Dog Park (100 Park Dr., Simpsonville)

Pavilion Dog Park (400 Scottswood Rd., Taylors)
