Spaces, a 28,900-square-foot coworking space, has been announced as the newest tenant for the Camperdown development. The Amsterdam-based company is in 250+ cities around the world – including neighboring Charlotte, Atlanta, and Raleigh. This will be their first S.C. location.

The coworking space will be on the first and second floor of Falls Tower. The construction of the 184,000-square-foot building – which will be located at 423 S. Main St., right in the center of downtown – is scheduled to be completed mid-2020.

The announcement bolsters Greenville’s substantial list of shared working spaces. The Upstate is currently home to ten collaborative work environments, including Endeavor and Serendipity Labs.
