We know we’re always going on and on about all the great things coming to the City of Greenville, but this morning, we’re excited to announce a new community venue opening the week of Nov. 2 in SimpsonvilleThe Warehouse at Vaughn’s.

We know y’all love some history, so we’ll get started there before diving into all the scrumptious details (because there are a lot of those). The namesake for the business is LJ Vaughn who built his original feed + seed company on the train tracks in Simpsonville in the 1950s. In 1971, he constructed the current home of The Warehouse at 109 W. Trade St. to expand his biz.

The Warehouse at Vaughn’s is a family business owned + operated by developers Thomas and Angie Wirthlin with the help of their three children Sidney (manager and events coordinator), Isabelle (manager of Trade Street Market), and Isaiah (muralist and cook at Bourbon Street Burgers).

The venue will have multiple vendors (more on that in a bit), 200+ indoor seats, 140 covered outdoor seats, 300 al fresco outdoor seats with fire pits, corn hole boards + other yard games, an outdoor stage for music acts and other performances, acoustic music indoors, and 80 parking spots (with additional public parking from the City of Simpsonville just a short walk away).
