Greenville foodies, listen up. A month-long event featuring new plant-based dishes across Greenville kicks off next month.

The second annual Vegan Chef Challenge is organized by Vegan Outreach — a nonprofit organization working to encourage local restaurants to increase their plant-based offerings.

How does it work?

  1. Each participating restaurant adds new vegan dishes to its menu from Monday, July 1 to Wednesday, July 31.
  2. Diners vote for their favorite menu items.
  3. Awards are presented to the restaurants with the the top dishes.

Find the full list of participants + vote on the event’s website.
