Don’t pout if your light is out. Duke Energy launched an online form for you to submit a street light or light outage in your neighborhood. It’s so easy, you can have the entire report done in 30 seconds.

Here’s how it works:

  • Go to the Duke Energy site
  • Click on your location
  • A pop-up box will appear that will allow you to watch a video on the process, or explore the map
  • You can either select the light that’s out on the map, or type in the address and find it that way
  • Select the light
  • That’s it
  • No really, that’s it
  • We mean it, you’re done

You can also check on updates this way, and see the status of the repair. We told you it was easy.
