  • Comal 864, 219 W. Antrim Dr. | Early 2024 | The 2,400-sqft space is twice the size of the original location run by 2023 James Beard Semifinalist Dayna Lee-Márquez + will feature new daily features and its own bar.
  • The Matador, 722 S. Main St. | August 2024 | This tequila-based bar + restaurant is taking over the former Husk space.
  • Parlor Doughnuts, 1901 Laurens Rd., Ste. B | April 2024 | Pro tip: Order a breakfast sandwich on an unglazed donut once this spot opens.
  • Whataburger, 1114 Woodruff Rd. | Summer 2024 | The Texas-based burger chain is opening a number of Upstate locations beginning this summer + has its sights on even more sites.
  • Grazeland, West Antrium Drive | June 2024 | This new charcuterie, craft deli, and catering concept will offer artisan sandwiches, salads, and soups.
  • Uki Bowlz, 3 E. Park Ave. | April 2024 | Uki Bowlz, an acai bowl and coffee shop, will feature Colombian coffee from Unlocked Coffee Roasters.
  • West Greenville Smokehouse, The Village of West Greenville in the Woven Development | Late 2024-Early 2025 | This barbecue restaurant will take a “fusion approach” to its menu (think: brisket quesadillas, barbecue sandwiches, and fried fish baskets).
  • Street Pizza, 215 Trade St. in Cartwright Food Hall | April 2024 |The spot serves a pie similar to New York Style and is known for its dessert pizzas.
  • Mill City Kitchen & Wine, Judson Mill | Summer 2024 | Snack on pizza from a live-fire oven + enjoy wine there or to-go.
  • Kolapasi Indian Canteen, 27 S. Pleasantburg Dr., Ste. 160 | April 2024 | This “fast-casual Indian food” concept will be the first of its kind in the United States.
