Is it hot in here? Sauna House Greenville — a sauna + cold plunge experience — is coming to the former Borden plant on West Washington Street in early spring.

There are two sauna options — one has a dark, moody vibe and the other is bright with green plants. After sweating away your woes for ~15 minutes, you head to the polar plunge area. The time range for the plunge can either be 10 seconds or five minutes. Dealer’s choice.

Post-plunge, you head into the the relaxation area filled with heated furniture, a tea station, and other light beverage options. You can repeat the circuit as many or as few times as you’d like, but most people can get in three rounds during the two hour experience.

Owners Woody and Rachael Liles said their favorite part of the experience is the sense of community. What better way to meet people than by sharing a sweaty + soothing experience?
