Proposed: Multi-family development proposed for new Cultural Cooridor in downtown Greenville, SC

The development is proposed for 301 College St. and will be reviewed by the City of Greenville’s Design Review Board Urban Panel on Thursday, Jan. 5 at 4 p.m.

A multi-family residential building has been proposed for the new Cultural Corridor — the property within Academy, College, and Buncombe Streets — in downtown Greenville.

Developed by Charleston-based The Beach Company (the developers of Canvas Lofts on Buncombe Street), the 19-story building will feature:

  • 264 market-rate residential units
  • 2,000-sqft of first floor retail space
  • A rooftop terrace and pool
  • Meeting facilities
  • An exercise area
  • Bicycle storage and repair
  • Parking for 480 vehicles

The Design Review Board Urban Panel will review the proposal on Thursday, Jan. 5 at 4 p.m. — tune in virtually.
