Hot diggity dog, it’s tournament time.

The “Basketball Capital of the South” is back in action this week as we host the SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament. From Wednesday, March 4 to Sunday, March 8, some of the best teams in college basketball will hit the court at Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

Whether you’re attending or plan to enjoy the festivities downtown, here are some pro tips to make the most of tournament week:

  • Explore the Slam Dunk Deal Guide filled with local savings at Greenville businesses
  • Enjoy the Church Street Bridge being fully open for the tournament, but note that work will resume after the NCAA Tournament in a few weeks.
  • Downtown Dribble on Saturday, March 7 is sold out, but note there will be road closures as kids dribble from NOMA Square to the arena.
