Fresh pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and classic Italian fare define this stylish newcomer from The Slice team.

Mak & Cheesecakes, 401 Augusta St. | Dessert
Known for its decadent slices, this popular dessert brand now has a downtown storefront.

TBD by Chef Nico Abello, 170 Riverplace | Opening: 2025
Table 301’s Chef Nico Abello (who previously earned six straight Michelin stars at L’Appart in Manhattan) will open an intimate fine dining restaurant with tasting menus, wine pairings, and open kitchen views overlooking the Reedy River.

The Backyard at Pelham, Pelham Road | Opening: 2026
This 30,000-sqft dining and retail hub will open along Pelham Road (near the shopping center with the Chick-fil-A) + confirmed tenants include Seasons Innovative Bar and Grille, Indigo Kitchen, Biscuit Belly, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, and Coop’s Crazy Chicken.
