There’s always something to do in Greenville – but sometimes too many options can feel overwhelming. We’re going to make it easy on you by planning your next date night or fun friend outing. The best night out is one where everything you need is in one place – that’s why Hampton Station makes an ideal spot to grab some food, some drinks, and do a fun activity without having to travel all over town. Here’s how you can #TryThis at Hampton Station.

Experience:

A night at Hampton Station, 1320 Hampton Ave.

Hampton Station is right off of the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail making it an easy place to walk or bike to on a nice day – but don’t worry, there’s also plenty of parking if you’d rather drive.

We ate some dinner, had some drinks, and went axe throwing.

What we tried:

Our first stop was White Duck Taco.

The food:

Chips + queso | $3

Because tacos aren’t complete without it.

Banh Mi Tofu taco | $3.65

People who claim they don’t like tofu need to try this taco ASAP.

Jackfruit taco | $3.65

There’s several different ways to get this taco, I got mine Thai-style.

Chicken quesadilla | $3.45

Because you can’t go wrong with a classic.

The drinks:

A margarita | $8

A moscow mule | $8

White Duck Taco makes their ginger beer in house, and it’s delicious.

Then, we walked right next door to Craft Axe Throwing. You can either walk in or book a spot ahead of time.

The total for two people to throw for 30 minutes | $33.12

Don’t worry, they keep an eye on the time for you so you don’t axe-identally get stuck there all night having too much fun.

If you’re there Thurs.-Sun., we definitely recommend ending the night with a beer from Birds Fly South Ale Project – perhaps their award-winning C’Mon Sunshine beer.

What we’re still talking about:

Full disclosure: this was my first time ever axe-throwing – it was so much fun. I was worried it would be difficult, given that I’m not very strong or coordinated, but it was really easy to get the hang of. I will be taking all of my friends + family here in the near future.
