We hope you’re hungry. It’s Fat Burger Month in Western North Carolina: From now until Sunday, April 6, Visit Haywood is celebrating juicy patties, creative toppings, and local biz.

Grab a Fat Burger Month sticker card at any of 14 participating restaurants or the Visit Haywood Welcome Center and get started touring some of the region’s best bites. Up for a challenge? Collect at least six burger stickers and earn a prize.

A scenic 60-90 minute drive from Greenville, these burgers are perfect for refueling after a day of exploring the mountains.
