With summer here, we’re ready to take to the hills. The winery hills, that is. So, if you’re in the mood for a trip to the winery, here’s a list of a few wineries that aren’t too far from Greenville. 👇

Wellborn Winery | 254 Mush Creek Rd., Travelers Rest

Hours: Friday + Saturday 12-6 p.m.

Tastings of 5 for $6 or 10 for $10, plus you can keep the glass.

City Scape Winery | 589 Dunklin Bridge Rd., Pelzer

Hours: Thursday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Sunday 1-5 p.m.

They’re currently offering socially distanced wine tastings.

Victoria Valley Vineyards | 1360 S. Saluda Rd., Cleveland

Hours: Thursday + Friday 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Sunday 12-6 p.m.

Book a group tour of the winery or stay and have lunch in their cafe.

Biltmore | 1 Lodge St., Asheville

Hours: Sunday-Friday 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturdays 11 a.m.-8 p.m.

Free tour + tasting with the price of a Biltmore ticket.

Saint Paul Mountain Vineyards | 588 Chestnut Gap Rd., Hendersonville

Hours: Sunday-Thursday 12-6 p.m., Friday + Saturday 12-7 p.m.

Bonus: They also have a second tasting room in Flat Rock.

Burntshirt Vineyards | 2695 Sugarloaf Rd., Hendersonville

Hours: Sunday-Thursday 12-6 p.m., Friday + Saturday 12-7 p.m.

$10 to taste seven wines, plus you get to keep the glass.

Russian Chapel Hills Winery | 2662 Green Creek Dr., Columbus

Hours: Thursday + Friday 1-5 p.m., Saturday + Sunday 12-7 p.m.

Features a historic St. Anna Chapel on the property, which is a part of the eastern Diocese of the Russian Church Outside of Russia.
