Why your pup would rather stay home this weekend

Hi. I’m Caly the beagle. 🐾 My human, Jordan, just left the house so now I get to sleep on whichever bed I want for the rest of the day without being bothered. (Yas *raise paw emoji*).

She told me I wouldn’t want to go with her to Fall for Greenville today because there are a lot of people downtown. So many, I might get stepped on. I think she just knows I would try to eat all the food – but it’s not my fault… I’m a beagle #nosesmells.

In human terms, the reason you should leave your pet home – Sec. 4-9. Prohibitions and restrictions of animals in public places state that: No owner, keeper or other person having control or supervision of an animal shall permit an animal, whether restrained or not, to be in an area in which a special event is being held pursuant to a special event permit issued under this Code, unless the event permit specifically authorizes the presence of animals.

We know y’all love your animals (we do too). But, this is our friendly reminder to leave them at home.
