Explore euphoria’s Spring Fest lineup

The annual food and wine festival features events similar to the main euphoria festival, which will take place Sept. 19-22. Proceeds from euphoria events support local nonprofits that fight food insecurity in Greenville.

It feels like the groundhog declared an early spring just yesterday, and now there’s a sign that spring has almost sprung: the euphoria Spring Fest lineup is here.

From delicious tastings at some of our favorite restaurants to cocktail classes and pairings, you’ll find us eating and drinking our way through Greenville from Thursday, April 18 to Sunday, April 21.

Sip into Spring | Thursday, April 18 | 6:30-9:30 p.m. | Restaurant 17, 10 Rd. of Vines, Travelers Rest | $100 | Indulge in small seasonal plates by chefs Hadyn Shaak of Restaurant 17 and Michael Sibert of White Wine & Butter as you sip craft cocktails + crisp wines.

Show Co. | Friday, April 19 | 12-2 p.m. | Sum Bar, 307 E. Washington St., Greenville | $95 | Journey through different types of Chinese BBQ —from char siu to sichuan to chaun — with citrus-forward cocktail pairings + mix your own Chinese BBQ marinade at this Lunch & Learn event.

Homegrown | Friday, April 19 | 6:30 p.m. | Indaco, 40 W. Broad St., Greenville | $160 | Chefs Mark Bolchoz and Josh Begley of Indaco will collaborate on a family-style menu with influences from Italy and the Upstate.

Como Ceviche | Saturday, April 20 | 11 a.m.-12 p.m. | Papi’s Taco’s, 21 Augusta St., Greenville | $55 | In this classroom, learn from chefs Jorge “Papi” Barrales + Ryan Gomez on how to make the perfect ceviche — marrying the freshest seafood with vibrant citrus and herbs.

Roast & Toast | Sunday, April 21 | 2-5 p.m. | The Barn at Sitton Hill Farm, 1904 Sitton Hill Rd., Easley | $90 | Chefs from Upstate spots including Society, Papi’s Tacos, White Wine & Butter, Bobby’s BBQ, and more will serve up bites and craft cocktails as Kami Ocean & the Rhythm take the stage.
