Prisma Health Primary Care – Stone & Main is now open at 1 E. Stone Ave. offering family, internal, and pediatric care, plus services including:

  • Physicals (think: for annual checkups and sports)
  • Gynecologic care
  • Flu shots and immunizations
  • Ultrasound and electrocardiograms (EKGs)

A pharmacy is also under construction in the building, expected to open later this year.

In addition to offering family health services, the office will feature Prisma’s first business-to-business care option.

How does it work?

Employers pay a flat monthly rate or annual fee that gives their employees complete primary care offerings — like longer appointment times, medications, and lab tests — without added fees or copays. Prisma Health hopes the new “subscription-like” program will provide timely medical care without additional expenses.

Prisma Health is the first employer to sign up for as a pilot program. It will open to other local businesses this spring and expand to Prisma Health Midlands this summer.
