CEO of Hartness Real Estate, Sean Hartness’ vision for the 444 acres off Hwy 14 is coming to life. The land is being developed into a suburban residential village – complete with shops, restaurants, recreational areas, + plenty of green space. The homes are designed by architect Lew Oliver + buyers can customize them to their tastes or build their own custom home on a piece of land.

The individual home plans recently released feature home styles ranging from $400,000 cottage-style houses to $1 million+ mansions. The neighborhood will come together in the style of a Traditional Neighborhood Development, inspired by traditional city structures from before the mid-20th century (lots of public spaces, well-connected roads + walkable access to stores and schools).

180 acres of the property have been set aside as green space for trails + a wellness center, sports garden, and pool. Phase One of the project has already started – we can’t wait to see this community come to life.
