We’ve had several readers ask us about what’s going on with the changes on East North Street near Fork and Plough. Now we have an answer.

#ComingSoon is Overbrook Village. At the corner of East North Street + Chestnut Street, the mixed-use development will border the Overbrook Historic District and Greenline-Spartanburg Neighborhood. The first announced retail tenant is C.O.R.E Grow Strong, which will be moving from its East Washington Street location into the redeveloped Lime Cola Bottling Company. C.O.R.E.’s owner plans to add a fitness studio + plant-based market as well. The two other retail spaces behind the studio are still available.

The project is being led by an investment group coordinated by The Norman Resource Group and has an estimated completion date of early 2021.
