The Robotics Team at League Academy did not spend their summer lounging by the pool or playing video games (okay, maybe a little bit). Instead, they were working on creating new harnesses to solve problems with lost connections + stability of Greenville County Sheriff’s Office K-9 cameras.

So what did the students come up with? A home security doorbell camera that connects via Bluetooth to a mobile app + is secured with a harness, providing deputies with clear, up-to-date footage + no more fallen cameras.

The team donated their camera design to the Sheriff’s Office yesterday. Click here to see the League Academy students explain their design + process.
