BrickTop’s Restaurant proposed for former Brooks Brothers Space on Main Street in Greenville, SC

BrickTop’s Restaurant submitted a proposal to take over the former Brooks Brothers space downtown (1 N. Main St., Ste. H) to the City of Greenville Design Review Board on Thursday. The clothing store closed after the company filed bankruptcy in 2020.

Plans for the 5,463-sqft retail space show its transformation into a full service restaurant with indoor + covered outdoor dining, a bar, and features like drop down patio screens.

BrickTop’s is an American restaurant with nine locations across the Southeast, including Charlotte + Nashville (hey, NASHtoday 👋) ). Diners can expect dishes from a variety of menus, including lunch, dinner, brunch, and sushi.
