Travel + Leisure considered a variety of factors in building their list, from population, comfort + safety to the feeling of nostalgia for the simpler things in life a small town invokes.

Greer’s revitalized downtown, the weekly farmer’s market + those cozy twinkling lights are just a few things noted for giving Greer its deep sense of community and placing it at the top of the list.

In case it’s been a while since you’ve made the trip, catch up on all the new things happening in Greer.

Congrats, Greer.
