Savannah Nabors, a former employee of Greenville County Sheriff’s Office, filed a lawsuit against Greenville County sheriff, Will Lewis yesterday.

Nabors initially announced her allegations against Lewis in April on a blog post (which has been deleted) + resigned from her position as the administrative coordinator and a “life of sexual, emotional, and mental abuse, assault, manipulation, and stalking from my boss, the sheriff -- a man that is supposed to be the epitome of safety and refuge.”

Nabors said the sexual harassment started “almost immediately” after she was hired and “increased in severity as time passed,” and Lewis became “territorial” over her.

The lawsuit states she began recording her conversations with Lewis “to obtain a record of stalking in case something bad happened.”
