While we’re still months away from euphoria2023 (Thursday, Sept.14-Sunday, Sept. 17), the time to get an early taste is now.

Tickets are available for Spring Fest, a four-day food, beverage, and music festival taking place in n April and featuring 10 experiences — from a Michelin-starred dinner to a wine tasting to an oyster roast.

Thursday, April 20

In The Stars | 6:30 p.m. | Restaurant 17, 10 Road of Vines, Travelers Rest | $270 | Michelin-starred Chef Matt Baker (of 1-star Gravitas in Washington, DC) and Restaurant 17 executive chef Haydn Shaak team up to dish out a “culinary journey highlighting locally sourced ingredients,” paired with wines and cocktails.

Friday, April 21

A Taste of euphoria | 12-2 p.m. | Camilla Kitchen at M. Judson Booksellers, 130 S. Main St., Greenville | $85 | Greenville chefs Teryi Youngblood Musolf and Jenifer Minelli will serve an intimate lunch of their favorite recipes from the euphoria cookbook.

Rhythm & Roots | 6:30 p.m. | Southern Culture Kitchen & Bar, 2537 N. Pleasantburg Dr., Greenville | $135 | This guest chef dinner features dishes from Chef T, Tarciani Harger, and Jimmy Norris paired with craft cocktails and Motown music from Dr. Gilliard’s Rock & Roll Explosion.
