No This news is good news. The Village Center at Hartness is expanding + bringing four new tenants to the hub. You can already learn about the history of the property at the Discovery Center and dine at The One5.

With the expansion comes a two-story, 12,000-sqft building that will feature:

According to the press release announcing the news, more “boutique shops and specialty retail stores” are coming, but are still in the planning phase.
