Hey! I’m Lindsay Odom – Columbia native, Clemson grad, and Communications Coordinator at Endeavor, a coworking space for creatives in downtown Greenville. I’m excited to show you my day at Endeavor.

Picture2

8:27 A.M.: I love walking through the One City Plaza on the way to work, especially the twinkling lights and the smell of Methodical Coffee and Tupelo Honey in the morning.

Picture3

I used to joke with my friends that I was going to get my MBA just so I could be in the ONE building. Endeavor is the best of both worlds.

Picture4

If you’ve been here, you know that these are the weirdest elevators. I’m so used to them now, that when I go into other elevators, I’ll wait for a few minutes before realizing that I never pushed the button!

Somebody pinch me. The beauty of this view and this office never cease to amaze me. Can you see Piney Mountain?

Picture6

As if it couldn’t be any better, I’m greeted by this sunrise from our break room while I make the coffee.

Picture7

8:38 A.M.: Pots of European Dark Roast, Southern Pecan, and Jamaican Me Crazy are filled to the brim. You’d be surprised at how fast these will go, especially the dark roast and pumpkin spice creamer. I can’t wait until we get peppermint creamer for the holidays!

Picture8

While it’s still calm in the office, I decide to head downstairs for a quick breakfast at Caviar and Bananas in the most Instagram-worthy spot on the plaza.

Picture9

I pass by our friends, corporate members, and neighbors, Ferebee Lane! They moved into their brand new office last month.

Picture10

At Caviar and Bananas, I normally go for a drink and some oatmeal or a bagel. Today, I went for an iced coffee. It’s not as good as Starbucks, but it did wake me up!

Picture11

9:00 A.M.: Let’s get to work. I always start my morning by checking emails and social media at my favorite table. People nicknamed it “Lindsay’s Office.” I’m honored. P.S. Do you follow us? Check out @endeavorgreenville for our latest office availability, upcoming events, and really cute pictures of Caper the corgi.

Picture12

Late morning meetings on the phone are super-easy in the soundproof phone booths. Especially when a desk, light, and outlet come with it! Amanda Long from the Hughes Agency is on the other line.

Picture13

11:15 A.M.: I’m not surprised that everyone’s gathered around the candy bowl. Also, the two people you see beside Joe and Sally are two new members, Jason and Julie! They moved in to their new office at Endeavor yesterday. Welcome, guys!

Picture14

Right when I was craving an afternoon treat, some friends dropped off some sweet treats from Chef 360 Catering!

Picture15

Caper wants a bite, too! She’s the cutest corgi you’ll ever see, and the only dog allowed in the ONE building. She’s literally in the lease.

Picture16

3:50 P.M.: Before we know it, it’s time to set up for Collaborators and Cocktails, our monthly training event for marketers. I always snap a pick of the featured drinks before the bar line gets really long. Which one would you choose?

Picture17

The man of the hour is in the building! Pictured in the middle is Kenn Sparks, Head of U.S. Corporate Communications for BMW. It still blows my mind what senior industry professionals speak at these, and that I get to learn more about them in a friendly and fun environment like Endeavor.

Picture18

It’s a full house, and 78 creative industry and corporate marketing professionals are ready to soak up Kenn Sparks’ wisdom. Needless to say, he was a big hit!

Picture19

That’s a wrap! Cheers to the last Collaborators and Cocktails of 2017, and a brand new day of adventure tomorrow at Endeavor.
