Sun Belly Cafe, 1409 W. Blue Ridge Dr., Ste. 2905 | Healthy meal prep made daily — featuring a selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The colorful summer dishes look *chef’s kiss.*

Jī-Rōz | 644 N. Main St., #100 | Try this: The Vegetarian Gyro — with eggplant, zucchini, potato, onion, and tomato. It comes with feta and tzatziki sauce, but you can make it vegan upon request.

Adventurous eater

Purple International Bistro & Sushi, 933 S. Main St. | Believe it or not, vegetarian and vegan sushi is out there, and it’s delicious. Bite into the vegetable rolls.

Saffron Indian Cuisine, 1178 Woodruff Rd., #16 | Try this: The Allo Gobhi with cauliflower and potatoes cooked with onion, green peppers, tomato, herbs, and spices. For more options, peep the vegan and vegetarian section of the menu.

Aryana, 210 E. Coffee St. | Aryana has a designated vegan and vegetarian section on the menu for lunch and dinner. Plus, there are a few offerings you can make vegetarian by removing an item.
