A multi-family residential building has been proposed for the new Cultural Corridor — the property within Academy, College, and Buncombe Streets — in downtown Greenville.

Developed by Charleston-based The Beach Company (the developers of Canvas Lofts on Buncombe Street), the 19-story building will feature:

  • 264 market-rate residential units
  • 2,000-sqft of first floor retail space
  • A rooftop terrace and pool
  • Meeting facilities
  • An exercise area
  • Bicycle storage and repair
  • Parking for 480 vehicles

The Design Review Board Urban Panel will review the proposal on Thursday, Jan. 5 at 4 p.m. — tune in virtually.
