Thanks for all the awesome comments after we asked y’all on our Instagram:

If there was one thing you could say to someone visiting Greenville for the first time, what would it be?

“There is so many beautiful things and freely people. Greenville my home.” - @Texasmomm

“Very clean and they are very proud of their city. (Rightfully so)” - @carllindgrenmbsc

I love Greenville because of the people, atmosphere, and easy access to the mountains and coast. It’s the perfect place to live, work, & play. I hope you enjoy #yeahthatgreenville during your visit!” - @miller_hyatt

“Make sure to do the Taco and Margarita tour!! #yeahthatgreenville !” - @the_rog_mahal

“The first outdoor thing is Follow 11 to Caesars Head. Or Get on 25 N for mountains and Hendersonville. Stay in for Greenville for entertainment. Haywood Rd. Mall for shopping."- @papas1gal

“There is so much more than “downtown”! Get out & explore!” - mrspjsimmons

“Come hungry! 😏 " - offthegridgreenville

If traveling with children, don’t forget to search for the Mice on Main (ask a local, downtown hotel staff or @visitgreenvillesc for details!) and make time to visit @tcmupstate & @upcountrymuseum if possible. Walkable from downtown and many great activities for little ones. While we don’t have children ourselves, these stops have always been a hit with our visitors who do! Welcome!” - laurenkhubbard

“awesome downtown and good food! and go to white duck taco shop!!!” - betsyshev

One of the first things I did when I moved to Greenville was see Falls Park (obviously).

As I was walking around, I just thought “This is where I live now,” with a huge smile on my face.

Four years later and I still get excited when people ask me what to see/do in Greenville.(Good thing it’s my job.)
