  • Paris Mountain State Park Fourth of July Scavenger Hunt | June 30 – July 9 | Park visitors that complete the hunt to find the red, white and blue items will be entered into a drawing to win Paris Mountain State Park sling backpacks. Winners will be announced by July 11.

Saturday:

  • 💥 The Independence Day Celebration | Simpsonville Amphitheater at Heritage Park | July 1 from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.🎶 Music by The Oak Ridge Boys, food/drinks, and post-concert fireworks.🌟 Kid friendly, bring lawn chairs/blankets. Food/drinks will be available.
  • Patriotic Kids Bike Parade and Rosie the Riveter Salute! | Travelers Rest Farmers Market | July 1, 9 – 11 a.m. | Kids can decorate their bikes in red, white, and blue to participate in the Fourth of July Bike Parade (+ free 🍦) and Moms can dress up as Rosie the Riveter. Two $50 prizes will be given to the child with the most patriotic display.
  • Don’t Forget to come celebrate our 1-year anniversary at Community Tap Saturday from 4 – 8 p.m. There will be plenty of beer, games, and music (+ Community Tap giftcards up for grabs).
  • The Great American Bash | Brewery 85 | July 1, 12 – 5 p.m.
  • Swamp Rabbit Railroad | Joe’s Place Bookstore | Saturday, 2 – 4 p.m. This is the first weekend they’re open in their new location, in the Pettigru District, 2 Williams Street. (It’s a renovated historic house and so worth the move.)
  • Bendy Birds Yoga | 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. | Birds Fly South Ale Project | $10 covers class + a pint of beer.
  • Live @ Aloft with DJ Craze Crane | Aloft Greenville Downtown | 8 p.m.
  • Block Party feat. The Carousers | Upstate Craft Beer Co. | 5 – 8 p.m.

Sunday:

  • 💥 Greenville Drive’s Military Appreciation Day | Fluor Field | July 2 at 4:05 p.m.🇺🇸 Drive team recognizes the brave men and women who have served (+ continue to serve) our country.🌟 Get there before the game for a fly-in by U.S. Army Special Forces Parachute Team and a flyover of Warbirds Vintage Aircrafts.   • Dumplings and Craft Beer Pre-July 4th LoveFest | Birds Fly South | July 2, 1 – 4 p.m. | Mary Dumpling is teaming up with Birds Fly South to treat you to a hearty meal and plenty of beer to kick off the 4th of July festivities.

Monday:

Tuesday:

🇺🇸 Wells Fargo Red, White, & Blue Festival presented by AT&T | Downtown Greenville | July 4 from 5 – 10 p.m.

🎶 Live music on the Pepsi Stage + one other stage, activities in the kids area, + food/drink vendors including Larkin’s, The Chuck Truck, King of Pops, Highway 301, and Bruster’s Ice Cream.

💥 Fireworks are scheduled to start at 9:45 p.m.

🌟 The best viewing spots will be on Main St between Court Street and Falls Park Drive and Falls Park.

🇺🇸 Spartanburg’s Red, White, & Boom celebration |Barnet Park (248 E. St. John St.) | July 4 from 6 – 10 p.m. (but gates open at 5)

🍦 Show up hungry for all your favorite American foods: ice cream, funnel cakes, burgers, and BBQ.

🎶 At 6 p.m., the Spartanburg Community Band will take the Zimmerli Amphitheater stage to play some patriotic tunes, followed by a set from country singer Craig Campbell at 8 p.m.

  • Clearview Fireworks Spectacular | Clearview Baptist Church in Travelers Rest | July 4 at 6:30 p.m. | Free hot dog plates, popcorn, cotton candy and inflatables. Fireworks at dark.
