The new year has already proven to be full of new restaurant openings, including Greenville’s newest fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, Parsley & Mint.

Haven’t been yet? Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered on what’s new, what to order, and how you can #TryThis. 👇

What we tried (with pricing):

ICYMI, Parsley & Mint took over the old Happy + Hale space at 600 S. Main St., Unit 101, right by Lululemon and Pour Taproom. They’re open 7 days a week and even have some outdoor dining tables — perfect for people watching on Main Street — and they offer online ordering for pickup or delivery via Uber Eats, Doordash, or GrubHub.

They have some pre-made specialty bowls on the menu ($12.99-13.99), but we opted to build our own bowls ($9.50-13.99, plus tax + tip), which their team puts together assembly line-style based on your choices (watch our time-lapse video).

The both of us got bowls with falafel, loads of veggies, and hummus ($12.49, plus tax tip). We also both got the garlic feta dressing (dressings, spreads + toppings are complimentary and made in-house), which we don’t have enough good things to say about. (#ProTip: Parsley & Mint will soon be selling their dressings and spices by the bottle.)

what not to miss

What not to miss:

A second location is coming near Furman University in July. 🎉

For our fellow vegetarians, the falafel is truly delicious. Take our word for it. Plus, they serve Southern Pressed Juicery juices in the store.

What we’re still talking about:

The decor. 😍 We are convinced that they installed this gorgeous plant wall knowing that it would soon be the backdrop of many Instagram shots.

How you can experience this:

Send this to a friend, check out the menu, and make your lunch plans. Stop in to enjoy a meal, grab it to-go, order for delivery, or even have them cater your next event (call the store or contact them online) so that everyone can have a taste.
