Over the fields we go, making spirits bright… 🍸

We’ve got good news: There’s no need to book a flight to Napa in order to find an upscale tasting experience when we’ve got VICARIO Micro-Distillery and Farm in our own backyard.

After touring the gorgeous Greer farm, greenhouse, and processing facility, a tasting experience includes an assortment of 15 handcrafted liqueurs + a botanical sipping gin distilled from herbs and fruits sourced from one of VICARIO’s two farms (did we mention their other farm is in Cortona, Italy?).

Why limit happy to an hour? VICARIO’s private tasting room can be booked for private parties, catered lunches and dinners, a business meeting, or any holiday events. Your office mates, family, book club or Secret Santa group will thank you.

What to expect:

The private tasting room seats up to 20 guests and includes samples of the full line of VICARIO artisanal liqueurs in addition to small plates catered by a local chef who incorporates many of the liqueurs into the sauces, marinades, and dressings.

Hot tip: Get a head start on your holiday shopping and purchase your favorite bottle from the tasting, a Tasting Gift Box with all 15 liqueurs, or VICARIO olive oil straight from the olive groves in Italy.
