Electric City Gobbler 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run | Thurs., Nov. 25 | 8 a.m. | Anderson Mall Main Entrance, 3131 N Main St., Anderson | $25+ | Start Thanksgiving with a run through fast and flat Anderson streets, open to runners of all levels.

17th Annual United Community Bank Turkey Day 8K | Thurs., Nov. 25 | 7:30 a.m. | Love Where You Live Mural, West Main St., Spartanburg | $10+ | Runners are encouraged to bring a healthy canned good donation to benefit TOTAL Ministries.

Gobble Your Giblets 5K | Thurs., Nov. 25-Fri., Nov. 26 | 8 a.m. | USC Upstate, Hodge Building, 800 University Way, Spartanburg | $15+ | Prizes will be given for best turkey costume.
