A can’t-miss student art show is debuting August 3, but these students haven’t spent their time in classes studying Picasso + pottery. They’re medical students at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville.

“Out of the Study Rooms”, will showcase everything from painting + photography to woodworking + poetry reading. 🎨 As if studying medicine wasn’t already impressive…

Art + UofSC School of Medicine Greenville are already pretty *complementary.* The school’s state-of-the-art building features curated artwork by artists like Jeanet Dreskinget a firsthand look tomorrow thanks to students volunteering as tour guides.

The show doesn’t just show off those artistic skills. It’s raising funds for student scholarships + outreach activities, so even more students can get the training they need here in Greenville to become new physicians.

Curious about the UofSC School of Medicine Greenville? It’s a partnership between the University of South Carolina + Greenville Health System, located near Greenville Memorial Hospital on Grove Rd. Head over tomorrow (Aug. 3) at 6 p.m. to see the art show, have some refreshments and check out the digs.
