Hey, GVL. 👋 Grace here. Let’s talk wine. We recently got the chance to spend an afternoon at Wine House, and we wanted to share with y’all our experience and how you can #TryThis for yourselves.

Experience:

Sippin’ vino at Wine House – a local wine bar, retail bottle shop + tasting venue, all wrapped up into one chic little business.

What we tried (with pricing):

This was our team’s first time to Wine House, and it’s safe to say we’ll be back soon. We sat at the bar and tried a couple of wines – and we made sure to try a red, a white, and a rosé for good measure. Wines by the glass range from $6-13.

Wine House is pretty much the perfect place to go and enjoy a glass (or two, or three) of wine, and they have a great happy hour $2 off wines – Tues.-Fri., 4-6:30 p.m. Bonus: They have an outdoor spaceperfect now that the weather is cooling off.

You can also shop for bottles of wine in their wine shop section in-person and online to take home your favorite finds or to give as gifts. There are lots of options under $30, and they have, uh, quite a few to choose from…

Don’t miss:

The food. You can’t have a glass of wine without a snack, right? We chowed down on a charcuterie board (prices range from $13-39), some truffle chips ($6), and tomato focaccia bread ($8).

Snacks come with all Private Wine Tastings (8-10 guests ft. 5 wines chosen by Sommelier/Owner Nathan Luginbill at $30/person) or can be purchased a-la-carte to pair with your glass of vino.

As you can see, we really dug into the charcuterie board before I could get a great photo. It did not last long. 🤤

What we’re still talking about:

The decor. Seriously, we were obsessed. From the green couches to the antique mirrors and art, we’d like to redecorate the insides of our houses to look just like Wine House. Basically any photo taken in here is Instagram-worthy.
