Nothing like getting through these “darker days blues” than some good ol’ endorphins, right?

Let us introduce you to 11.11 Training. This exercise training facility is located in the Junction at Downtown Airport alongside other spots like Cohesive Coffee + the new White Duck Taco location. Their staff is composed of experienced trainers, many who are former collegiate athletes and/or have experience in the fitness industry.

11.11 offers five classes each day, including Infused Training Method Classes (read: more intense, with the focus on strength movements, cardio, plyometrics, agility obstacles + more), and Low-Impact Classes (read: modifiable strength and cardio exercises for those new to working out or with joint issues or injuries).

Our team recently had the opportunity to try out one of their Infused Training Method Classes, and wow, we’re sweating again just thinking about it. Here’s how our session went, how it works, and how you can #TryThis.

What we tried (with pricing):

Our team did a one-hour drop-in session ($15) of the Infused Training Method Class. We got the chance to book a private session, but you could drop-in to one of their sessions, which hold a max of 16 people.

The workouts are set up so that you move from station to station, alternating between different exercises for short bursts of time. While we were there we used weights, treadmills, bikes, ski ergs, ropes, and kettlebells, just to name a few.

Want to see a class in action? Check out our Instagram highlight here.

What not to miss:

If these classes sound intimidating to you, don’t worry. 11.11 has an agility component to their training that can be modified for any fitness level. Read an FAQ about their workouts here.

What we’re still talking about:

The workout 11.11 Training offers is different every single day, so you’ll never get bored. Explore their different class types and book a class online or using 11.11’s mobile app.

Who’s designing those workouts each day? The fitness center’s owner, India, who is more than qualified to create a kick-butt workout – afterall, she played on the United States women’s national soccer team. Talk about legit.
