After a weekend (and belly) full of eating, drinking, and dancing at euphoria, we’re ready to kickstart our health.

Ever wanted to try a barre or hot yoga class, but not sure you want to jump into a full session as a beginner? There’s a festival coming to GVL where you can spend all day checking out fitness classes you’ve always wanted to try.

The NESS Fest will host more than 35 fitNESS classes on Oct. 20 + 21, kicking off with a 30 minute yoga session from Southern Om to get your mind in the right place.

That means you can get a taste of anything – CYCLEBAR, The Flow Depot, Club Pilates, Gold’s Gym, Barre 3, Iron Tribe Fitness, Burn Boot Camp, Pure Barre, Adrenaline Dance Fitness, and Maya Movement Arts (just to name a few).

Don’t forget to bring the kids. There are fitNESS classes for kids 6 – 15, with Zumba, martial arts, and hula hoop sessions (can we join?) + mom/dad and baby classes.

We’re looking forward to: 30 minutes of boot camp, a pilates floor session, and finally trying barre (and hopefully improving our flexibility). Which workout class have you secretly always wanted to try? Create your NESS Fest schedule here.
