We joined our parent company, 6AM City, for a one-day retreat and training at Mill Pine.

What we tried:

Our team took part in a team performance training led by the AMPLOS team, including Drs. Milt Lowder and Drew Brannon. The training focused on traits of high-performing teams and the psychology behind what makes a great team.

What we’re still talking about:

How we felt when we left. Our team made our way back to Greenville feeling recharged and ready to hit the ground running. The inspiring message from the AMPLOS team of psychologists and performance coaches left our team feeling rejuvenated about the work we do — plus, the serene views were both relaxing and refreshing.
