Tipsy Taco, Sidewall Pizza , CocoBowlz and Soul Yoga are coming to Five Forks. The development site (2613 Woodruff Rd.) is currently the home of Five Forks Crossfit (at the intersection of Woodruff Road and Scuffletown Road, by Lowes Foods).

The development features 10,040 square feet in the highest residential growth area in Greenville County. Tenant Tipsy Taco will feature an indoor/outdoor bar with garage doors and plenty of patio seating. 🍹 Developer Krish Patel is also building a mini-storage building in the back of the property which will include the space for Soul Yoga. CocoCowlz announced Feb. 28 that they’d fill the 3,000 sq. ft. available space.

We all know Five Forks has been developing rather quickly, but just how quickly? There are currently eleven new planned subdivisions (with over 800 homes), according to leasing and property manager Zach Hines.
