The McDaniel, a luxury condo complex on McDaniel Avenue, has entered Phase 2 of its development process. Keene Development Group + Wilson Associates announced this segment of the project will add 10 more units on top of the 20 units built in the first stage.

This phase of construction should be completed by late 2026 + units are expected to have price tags ranging from $1.95 million to $2.5 million.

If you’re wondering what’s under the roof and behind the Parisian-inspired limestone facades, The McDaniel aims to provide “sophisticated urban living.” Condos feature private elevators, rooftop terraces, two-car garages, and 3,100-4,400 sqft of living space.

Condos built in Phase 1 are expected to be ready this summer and are already in high demand. Interested buyers should contact Wilson Associates.

Phase 1

Construction on the 20-unit multifamily development began in October 2023. The $28 million project was planned for ~2 acres at 704-722 E. McBee Ave., with units starting at $1.4 million.

According to the designs, The McDaniel features four stories with rooftop terraces, two-car garages, 2-3 BR, and flex space for offices or home fitness.

Developers said this is a lower density development option than what could be put on this land. Initial plans expected Phase 1’s construction would take 18 months to build, making its summer 2025 opening roughly on schedule.

The McDaniel was approved by the City of Greenville in April 2023. It aligned with the city’s 2040 comprehensive plan while providing a high-end urban living experience. Units built in the first phase follow a similar blueprint to the ones that will be developed in Phase 2.
