A 20-unit multifamily development is planned for ~2 acres at 704-722 E. McBee Ave., with units starting at $1.4 million.

According to the designs, “The McDaniel” will feature four stories with rooftop terraces, two-car garages, 2-3 BR, and flex space for offices or home fitness.

Developers say this is a lower density development option than what could be put on this land. They hope to begin construction this summer, and it’s expected to take 18 months to build.

The developers also mentioned plans for a phase two, but the number of units and timeline for expansion has not been decided.

The plans go before the City of Greenville’s Planning Commission on Thursday, April 20.
