Table 301 announces new dinner series with Michelin-Star Chef Nico Abello

The twelve dinners are Chef Nico’s first events as a member of the Table 301 team.

Get your reservations ready. A new Table 301 chef’s tasting is on the menu featuring Chef Nico Abello — formerly with Between the Trees at the Grand Bohemian Lodge and the Michelin-starred restaurant L’Appart in New York City.

The dinner series, which will take place at The Loft at Soby’s, features twelve dates with just twenty seats at each table:

  • January | Friday, Jan. 27
  • February | Friday, Feb. 3, Thursday, Feb. 16, Wednesday, Feb. 22, and Thursday, Feb. 23
  • March | Saturday, March 4, Sunday, March 5, Saturday, March 11, Sunday, March 12, Wednesday, March 29, Thursday, March 30, and Friday, March 31

Take a sneak peek at the first tasting menu for next Friday for $125 per person with a $50 wine pairing or other drinks available for purchase.
