Now in its third year, the Junior League of Greenville’s Shop for Greenville fundraiser starts on March 6.

The 10-day event will run through March 15, with 100% of the proceeds supporting JLG’s programs + community partnerships that seek to improve the lives of women + children. Focusing on human trafficking (of which 47% of cases in S.C. are from the Upstate) and economic mobility, the JLG provides trained volunteers to Pendleton Place, Serenity Place, SWITCH + Jasmine Road. Participating in Shop for Greenville directly supports this important work.

How it works: You buy a discount shopping card that will be shipped to you along with a guidebook of participating retailers. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the cards will go to the JLG, and you’ll get special discounts when you shop at participating stores, like:

  • Hale’s Jewelers | 532 Haywood Rd. | Gemstone, bridal, fashion, watches + custom design work since 1856.
  • Brooks Brothers | 1 N. Main St. | Men’s, women’s and kid’s clothing, plus home goods.
  • The Nearly New Shop | 118 Greenacre Rd. | JLG’s resale store where the community can purchase low-cost, quality clothes, accessories + household goods
  • Oil & Vinegar | 220 N. Main St. | Olive oil, herbs + spices, handmade pasta, gifts + more.
  • Copper Penny | 18 Augusta St. | Clothing, jewelry, shoes + accessories.
