There’s no debating that we love Lowes Foods. Drinking a beer while grocery shopping is pretty much our favorite after-work activity. But we also love that we’re supporting local farms + purveyors when we shop, too.

Lowes Foods’ “Shop Carolina” initiative makes an extra-special effort to feature farms and small brands from the Upstate and S.C. in Lowes Foods stores, which puts money back into the local + state economy. Here are a few local products you can find on their shelves:

🐝 Bee Well Honey from Pickens // wildflower honey in a bunch of different sizes, including those cute bear containers (you can also buy beekeeping equipment or attend a kombucha making class)

🌶️️ Bobby’s Seasonings from Fountain Inn // three flavors of seasonings made by Tay Nelson (Tay + his biz co-owner/wife Sarah are opening a restaurant in Fountain Inn this summer)
