We know what’s replacing the Caviar & Bananas space.

ICYMI, Caviar & Bananas suddenly closed in December. Now, the space at 1 N. Laurens St. in ONE City Plaza will be getting some new life.

#ComingSoon is Reid’s Fine Foods – a gourmet food market + eatery. But wait, wasn’t that what C&B was? What’s different? Glad you asked.

The concepts are similar. Reid’s is based in Charlotte, and this will be the store’s first location outside of the Queen City. The eatery will offer breakfast, lunch + dinner, a wine bar, a coffee and espresso bar, a butcher shop, bakery, and more. They’ll offer catering, grab + go options, and retail. The patio will seat about 75 people, as will the wine bar inside. Plenty of space for your next girls night out or business lunch.

Here’s a look at one of their more recent openings in Charlotte, so you can see what’s in store.

You can check out some of their menu options here + see those dishes in the flesh (and try not to drool over them) on their Instagram.

Reid’s is scheduled to open this summer, so we’ll be sure to keep you updated + let you know when we hear a more specific opening date.
