  • The fitness center: Get your sweat on with traditional workout equipment (read: treadmills, free weights, etc.) — plus, a yoga studio, Peloton bikes, and an Echelon mirror. Don’t have a membership? No problem. .408 Jackson has community memberships, so all residents have access.
  • The game room: Watch a game (or play one) with big-screen TVs and plenty of space for entertaining. You can also play shuffleboard or a few hands of poker. Pro tip: Don’t miss your complimentary beer pour each day.
  • Business center: Whether you work from home every day or just occasionally, this space will meet all your needs. From co-working areas to private booths to a conference room, plus access to flavored water and snacks, you’ll find everything you need for a productive workday.
  • Pet spa: As a pet-friendly community, .408 Jackson even has an area to keep your furry friend feeling fresh.
  • Pool: There are plenty of places to lounge around the saltwater pool. Feeling hungry? Get your grill on in the outdoor kitchen or gather around the fire pit with your complimentary beer in hand.
  • Ride share lounge: This is a comfortable spot to wait for your Ubers and Lyfts.
  • Bike room: Located in the parking garage, this is a safe space to keep your bicycle secure.

What we’re still talking about:

We’re still talking about the attention to detail in honoring baseball legend Shoeless Joe Jackson around the property. In addition to .408 Jackson’s name — which stands for Jackson’s long-standing batting average record set in 1911 — you can find:

  • A mural in the game room
  • Hidden baseballs (think: Mice on Main but with baseballs)
  • A home plate-shaped swimming pool
  • Baseball-themed decor around every corner

Plus, of course, access to Fluor Field steps outside your door + an exclusive residents-only party in the 500 Club. We dined on ballpark favorites and sipped beer before making our way to the stands to cheer on the Drive.
