We might not spend too much time in the office these days now that many of us are embracing the WFH life, but when we are in-office, it’s always better if there’s a tasty team lunch to look forward to that day.

Thankfully, the last time we came into the office, we had just that. Our team had lunch catered by Parsley & Mint, Greenville’s new fast-casual Mediterranean eatery. Here’s how it went + how you can Try This.

What we tried (with pricing):

We had lunch catered to the office for our staff, and we were hooked up with a full spread. That included:

  • Several proteins (lamb, chicken, falafel)
  • Bases, including brown and white rice, plus greens
  • An array of their fresh-made sides — our fave was the pickled curry cauliflower
  • Several different kinds of hummusa necessity
  • All of their dressingsour fave was the garlic feta
  • An assortment of different beverages

Everything came to us appropriately labeled and was easy to set up. The hardest part was getting the team to wait to dig in so we could get photos. Catering prices range from around $11-15 per person depending on the size of your group, and you can inquire about catering your next office lunch, wedding, business meetingthe sky’s the limit, really — through their website.

What not to miss:

The dressings. People who say food isn’t good if you have to put dressing or sauce on it have obviously never tried Parsley & Mint’s garlic feta dressing. Not a fan of garlic or feta? They have 7 other tasty dressing to pick from, including: feta vinaigrette, spicy harissa dressing, harissa dressing, jalapeño cilantro vinaigrette, pomegranate molasses vinaigrette, ranch, and bold sumac.

How effortless it was. Parsley & Mint really did all of the work for us. All we had to do was eat and enjoy, and clean up of course. Bonus: We had leftovers to take home, so really, some of us were hooked up with lunch and dinner.
