Greenville’s becoming a pretty health-conscious city: farm-to-table is having its moment, biking the Greenville Health System Swamp Rabbit Trail is a must, and taking up yoga’s never been easier.

Whether you’re already a health guru (we’re trying 🙏) or just wondering what exactly wellness means, you’re gonna want to put The NESS Fest (Oct. 20 – 21) on your calendar.

We know you’re wondering – why’s it called The NESS Fest? It’s focused on what makes you your best self: wellNESS, goodNESS, fitNESS + wholeNESS. And if you’re curious what exactly a 2-day health and lifestyle festival looks like, here’s what to expect:

🎤 wellNESS seminars where health pros lead discussions, connecting you to wellness leaders in GVL so you can ask questions + soak up the knowledge

🥑 goodNESS stages demos hosted by chefs who will show you how to make *all* those beautiful (and healthy) meals you see on Pinterest

💪 fitNESS stages featuring classes from GVL’s fitness studios, gyms, and trainers

💭 wholeNESS seminars focusing on mental health + spirituality (because there’s more to being healthy than working on your abs)

💃 music stages for a little dancing (it’s technically exercise...)

Want in? Tickets are available now for one-day and two-day access to the fest at Fluor Field (10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday + Sunday).

  • 1-day tickets: $55/adult, $10/age 8-16, free/under 8
  • 2-day VIP tickets: $100/adult, $10/age 8-16, free/under 8

In the meantime, keep up with the NESS fest on Instagram + Facebook for all the inspo you need to get up and work out or grab a green juice at lunch.
