Miracle holiday pop-up bar takes over Southernside Brewing Co.

The Greenville, SC brewery is trading hops and barley for boughs of holly Tuesday, Nov. 21-Saturday, Dec. 30.

Call it a holiday miracle, or better yet, just call it Miracle. That’s what has officially taken over Southernside Brewing Co., at 25 Delano Dr., for its second year.

The pop-up holiday experience opens Tuesday, Nov. 21 and runs through Saturday, Dec. 30 — open seven days a week (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas Day).

The vibe

The halls of Southernside Brewing Co. have slowly departed from their everyday look and feel to a holiday-themed pop-up bar. Today, the halls are decked from floor to ceiling with festive decor, from animatronic polar bears to Santa and Mrs. Claus.

The menu

Festive cocktails will be served in merrymaking mugs that embody the holiday spirit. Fan favorites from last year, like the Christmapolitan and Christmas Cricket, will be back by popular demand. There are also some new additions to the menu like Rudolph’s Replacement, The Krampus, and Marshmallows & Unicorns. Pro tip: Order the Secret Santa for our favorite drink on the menu.

Does the concept sound familiar to you? It may, as Miracle pops up in bars and businesses across the country, with SC locations in Columbia (hey, COLAtoday 👋), Mt. Pleasant (hey, CHStoday 👋), and Myrtle Beach. Much like Santa’s sleigh, Miracle even appears in countries like the Netherlands and Mexico.
